These men know what they want and aren’t afraid to go after it. What I love about the Mayson brothers is that they just accept this it’s the women that have to be convinced to let their guards down. Everything else is just a waiting game until your head catches up. Our mind may not want to admit it, but our heart and soul recognizes its other half. Even if you aren’t brave enough to voice it, I think when we find our ‘one’, we know. Some may jest at that, but I believe whole heartedly in it. This is Nico and Sophie’s story, and like the others, the trademark ‘boom’ happens very early on. “It’s only right I make you feel safe, because you make me feel whole.” Let me tell you he was MORE than worth the wait! Maybe it was the bad boy aspect, the tattoos, the unknown, but I was drawn to him much more than the others. He has popped in and out of the other books, but not much was known about him. Out of all the brothers, Nico was the one I was most looking forward to. Even many months ago when I first read Until November, I felt as if I already knew these characters, and as their family has grown, so has my love for them. You can’t help but be drawn into their storyline and pick right back up as if you never left. There’s an edge and an ease that comes with all her characters and you can’t help but be instantly attracted to them. What I figured out was that it has rawness that you don’t find often. Everything in life worth having is worth fighting for.Įven in sleep he looks dangerous, but then I think about how gentle he is with me and I wonder how it’s possible for someone to be so complicatedly beautiful.Īs I was contemplating what to write, I really started to think what it was that made me love Aurora’s writing so much. Nico knows the kind of man he is, and the things he is capable of, and he will do everything in his power to help Sophie fight her demons so they can have their happily ever after.
His whole life, he has been judged by what’s on the outside, so finding a beautiful woman who sees the real him only makes his feelings that much stronger. Nico Mayson knew the moment he saw Sophie Grates that she was the one.
He forces her to see you cannot live life from the outside looking in, and sometimes you have to step out onto the ledge so you can really enjoy the view.
